Different with ordinary motorcycles, or just scooters , moped scooters are a low powered motorcycle equipped with pedals. Driving moped scooters only require minimum license in most countries. But don’t be fooled by those minimal license requirement, moped scooters can be very dangerous. They are indeed equipped with pedals, but this pedal is functioning like those on the powered bicycles. The pedals is functioning as a controller where when the driver increase their pedaling power, the more power the motor attached on the bodies will provides.
